Cancellations and Changes

All cancellations and changes made before Monday, January 30, 2012 must be made in writing to the NASSP Housing Bureau and faxed to 703-476-5490. After Monday, January 30, 2012 all changes and cancellations must be made directly with your assigned hotel, but cannot be completed until Monday, February 13, 2012, when the hotels have finalized arrangements. Hotel deposit will be forfeited if reservation is not cancelled per hotel policy. Please verify the cancellation policy with your assigned hotel.

American Airlines is the official carrier for the 2012 NASSP Conference in Tampa.
