Program Copy: This session will help principals take the mystery out of the Common Core Standards. We will model activities you can take back and use with your staff that will help you transition to a new curriculum and new assessments at a slow but steady pace. Based on Maryland’s Educator Effectiveness Academies conducted for principals and three teachers from every Maryland public school this past summer, we will also share the planning model and a rubric to use in constructing an effective transition plan.
